Restaurant.com starts 80% again today!

Ok, if you don't know how much I LOVE restaurant.com by now, then you musssst be new to the site! 

Right now they are offering their $25 certificates for 80% or $2 each.  This purchase is really a purchase for a bigger purchase.  Usually the terms are you must have $35 before tax and tips and it will take $25 off. If you work it right, you end up spending about $16 for a night out. 

I ALWAYS combine this deal with eBates.  You will get 15% back for going to ebates and typing search restaurant.com into the search box.  You get it in one lump sum check every quarter. I can't even begin to tell you what a help this site has been for us!

Harris Teeter Weekly ad 3/9-3/15

There are couple of great deals at Harris Teeter this week. Remember, if you want to go to multiple stores it is most benefical time-wise to go to one store then the other immediately following.  Going home and doing it a different day takes lots longer. I can go hit two different stores and be back home within an hour!  There is a great deal on milk. Yes, you can FREEZE milk.  It will take about 24 hours to thaw. Sometimes the milk will turn yellowish when thawed, but will taste and be just fine.  Don't freeze longer then 3 months!

There is a new beauty catalouge out, look out for it at your store at the cosmetics counter.  These are store coupons so you can stack them (use one store coupon and manufactures coupons).  Pick up 2 of these if you find them so you don't run out!

Walmart Changes their coupon policy to accept overages!!!

This post is about walmart! I generally do not post walmart deals, as I can get items much cheaper elsewhere (and do).  Now they are going to be accepting coupons at their face value even if the value of the coupon exceed the cost of the item. You can use this towards other items that aren't on sale!

You can also use walgreens register rewards.

I don't expect the cashiers to be fully versed in the walmart coupon policy, so I would suggest printing a copy of their policy from here!

I'm pretty excited about the potential doors this new policy may open. In future weeks, I will be working to determine if there are and potential items you can use to purchase additional things you may find at walmart, if you shop there!
